Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Upon approval, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@themodeedit.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will either arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
